Welcome to Aura Esthetics by Kassandra! My name is Kassie and I am a licensed esthetician who specializes in facials and lash lifts and tints! My primary goal as your skincare provider is to not only offer you a safe space to work on skincare goals, find time to relax, and to enhance your inner glow, but to also educate you! In addition to practicing esthetics, I also teach it! I have focused many years in education and now matching my passion for teaching and esthetics, I am able to offer both services and education to guide you towards any and all goals you have set for yourself. I focus on using holistic approaches and looking at the bigger picture to better understand how all aspects of our life affects our skin. Cancellation Policy

Deposits A 30% deposit of your service is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be used towards your total at the time of checkout. Cancellations If an appointment is canceled any time before 24 hours prior to the appointment, it may either be rescheduled or a refund of your deposit will be made. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not receive a refund on your deposit. After 3 last-minute cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings. No-Shows If an appointment is no-showed, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. After a second no-show in a 6 month period, clients are restricted from booking for 6 months following the date of second no-show. Late Policy There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes has passed from the start of your appointment time, I reserve the right to shorten service or reschedule appointments if necessary. My priority as an esthetician is to provide a thorough and detail-oriented service. When services are cut short, it is hard for me to complete the service thoroughly, and quality of services provided is imperative to me. Please understand that rescheduling due to lateness is not to inconvenience you, rather to ensure you receive a complete service without it having to be rushed.
